HTC is planning to announce few smartphones at CES 2017 and X10 could be the one among them. Recently, a new device from HTC going with the name of 2PYR1XX was spotted while making rounds through Bluetooth SIG listing. We’re speculating this device to be HTC X10.
The company has scheduled an event on 12th January and already teasing about it on various social media platforms with letter ‘U’. It could be the HTC X10. The listing on Bluetooth SIG doesn’t reveal anything related to its specs, so we would recommend taking this information with a pinch of salt.
According to earlier rumours, the HTC X10 is said to sport a 5.5-inch Full HD display and will be powered by Helio P10 chipset. Few rumours also claim the device to come with 3GB of RAM and feature a 13MP rear camera. The device is said to run on Android 7.0 Nougat.
The Taiwanese company may also launch its concept phone dubbed as HTC Ocean. It is a button-less phone which will feature a touch-sensitive metallic frame. On swiping the touch-sensitive right edge summons voice assistant to give any command, while swiping the same spot inside the music app changes the volume. In a similar way, the same spot acts as a camera controller while inside the photography app.
Also, the HTC 11 is rumoured to be powered by Snapdragon 835 and a massive 8GB of RAM. According to the rumours, it is supposed to sport a 5.5-inch Quad HD display with a resolution of 2560×1440 pixels. As per current trends, it is also expected to feature dual rear camera setup with two 12-megapixel sensors.
