InFocus has launched its first deca-core smartphone and calling it Epic 1. The company is claiming it to be the most affordable 10-core processor smartphone priced at Rs 12,999. Infocus already gave away the price and other specs of the device on its social media profiles during teasers and promos.
The InFocus Epic 1 sports a 5.5-inch Full HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection on the top. It is powered by a deca-core MediaTek Helio X20 processor. The processor integrates tri-cluster architecture in which a pair of four cores is clocked at 1.4GHz, another pair is clocked at 1.9GHz and the third pair of two cores is clocked at 2.1GHz.
The smartphone comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of inbuilt storage with can be further expanded up to 128GB with a MicroSD card. Talking about the camera specs, the device features a 16-megapixel main camera at back with dual-colour LED flash. The device also features an 8-megapixel wide-angle front facing camera.
The Epic 1 comes with a full metal body design with a curved back, brushed-metal finish, and refined edges. It also features a 360-degree recognition based fingerprint sensor and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The device is equipped with USB-C port for fast charging capabilities and is powered by a 3000mAh battery.
Talking about the other specs, the device features, Smart Amplifier, InfraRed sensor, 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi and dual SIM support. It is exclusively available on Amazon starting from tomorrow i.e 25th October.
