Nokia has already debuted its first Android-powered smartphone last week in China with Nokia 6. However, it is just a mid-budget segment phone with basic specs. But the company has also teased about a true flagship phone at the launch of Nokia 6 which will be launched at MWC 2017 in February. Well, before it could happen, here comes a leak about this phone i.e., Nokia 8.
According to the leak, the Nokia 8 will be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor which was recently launched at CES 2017. The flagship device is said to sport a 5.7-inch QHD Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 2560×1440 pixels. It is gonna house a flat display instead of a curved one.
The company is also rumoured to launch another cheaper variant of flagship which will be powered by Snapdragon 821 chipset. The Nokia 8 is said to sport a 24-megapixel rear camera with OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) and super EIS (Electronic Image Stabilization). On the front, the phone will flaunt a 12-megapixel camera for capturing selfies.
It will run on Android 7.0 Nougat right from the box and will come in two storage variants. One with 64GB and another one with 128GB storage which is further expandable up to 256GB with a MicroSD card.
