LG today launched its latest mid-range LG Stylus 3 in India. Announced in December last year, it was also unveiled at Consumer Electronics Show (CES) earlier this year. The phone comes at a price of Rs 18,500. Design-wise, the LG Stylus 3 appears to have a plastic body with brushed finish on the back. It measures 7.4mm at thickness and weighs 149g. As the name suggests, it comes with a bundled stylus.
Running Android 7.0 Nougat out-of-the-box, the LG Stylus 3 packs a customized user interface. There is a bigger 5.7-inch screen up front with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. Hence, colours might appear to be a bit washed out as a result of a lower resolution. Not good, LG. Inside are MediaTek MT6750 octa-core chip, 3GB RAM, and 16GB memory.
In terms of photography, the LG Stylus 3 packs a 13MP autofocus rear camera and an 8MP front camera. It supports 4X optical zoom at 1080p Full HD video recording at 30 frames per second (FPS). The device packs a 3200mAh battery in addition to connectivity options such as 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and microUSB 2.0. It also has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.
