Xiaomi has now officially launched the Mi In-Ear Headphones Pro HD in India. These seem like an upgrade to the Headphone Pro that Xiaomi is already selling. The new headphones are exclusive to the Mi Store and are available with a sticker price of 1,999.
The Pro HD headphones have hybrid drivers that Xiaomi claims are tuned for a rich sound. It consists of a dynamic driver made out of graphene (which produces the bass and mid-tone) and a balanced armature driver (for the high notes). The manufacturer claims that this setup helps the headphones achieve Tri-Band equalization leading to a much fuller and natural sound output.
For a better fit, the metal casing of the headphones is angled at 45 degrees. It has a stretchable matte wiring along with three button control metallic unit that can be used to control music playback. The Pro HD gets 4 different sizes of headphones which can be changed as per the need of the user.
The metal construction of the headphones is formed using Zircon sand as a raw material. Xiaomi claims this process makes it more durable to withstand tough use. The headphone has a 1.25m cable with a straight pin for the 3.5mm headphone jack.
As for the specifications of the headphones Pro HD, the speaker impedance is 32 ohms, a rated power of 5mW and a frequency response range of 20 – 40000Hz. There are cheaper alternates in the market like the OnePlus Bullets V2 and Xiaomi’s In-Ear Headphones Pro.
