Today, OnePlus announced its own e-commerce platform for the Indian market – OnePlus Store. The company is already selling its products and accessories in other countries on its global e-commerce store since its inception in 2014.
In India, the company teamed up with Amazon since the launch of its first flagship device- OnePlus One in December 2014. Since then, OnePlus is selling its products and accessories in India via Amazon.
Even after launching its own store, OnePlus is still redirecting to Amazon for OnePlus 3 and currently selling only accessories on the store. In order to reward the early supporters, the company is also offering discounts and limited time offers. To avail these offers and discounts, OnePlus smartphone owners can register the IMEI details of their device on the store.
With the launch of OnePlus store, Vikas Aggarwal, General Manager of OnePlus India said, “The e-commerce platform marks yet another major milestone in our India journey and reiterates our long term commitment towards the Indian market and our fan community here.”
With this store, the Chinese company is planning to improve the availability of its products in India. OnePlus is also promising to deliver the globally acclaimed OnePlus shopping experience. With this store, the company is providing the users a platform to buy original OnePlus merchandise products.
