Samsung Galaxy S8 Press Image Leaks, Lacks Home Button

Samsung already announced at MWC in a 15-second teaser that it will unveil the flagship device of the year Galaxy S8 on 29th March in New York City. Well, those of you who were disappointed with this development of one more month waiting of the most anticipated phone of this yet so far, there’s good news. You may have to wait till 29th March for all the details regarding the phone, but we have already got our hands on the press image leak of the phone.

Thanks to the famous leakster Evan, a press image of Galaxy S8 is leaked which shows us the front of the device. The leaked image shows the phone with a gorgeous design and without a home button. The Galaxy S8 also feature a curved glass bezel-less edge-to-edge display. The phone also sports an extra button on the right side apart from the power and volume rockers. It is said to be a dedicated button to trigger the Samsung’s in-house made AI-powered voice assistant Bixby.

Talking about specs, the Galaxy S8 is supposed to come with wireless charging and also expected to be dust and waterproof with the IP68 rating. It is said to be powered by the Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 835 processor coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. Samsung has also confirmed that its next smartphone will also include a pair of Harman International’s AKG earphones in the box.

At MWC, apart from showing us the Galaxy S8 teaser, Samsung has also launched the Galaxy Tab S3 and Galaxy Book. The Galaxy Tab S3 is a 9.7-inch Super AMOLED display tablet whereas the Galaxy Book is a two-in-one laptop works on Windows 10 and come with S-pen without any extra cost.
