Vivo has launched a new smartphone in China dubbed Vivo Y66. The smartphone was initially spotted on Chinese certification website TENAA along with Vivo Y66L.
The Vivo Y66 has a 5.5-inch screen with 1280 x 720 pixels HD resolution and 2.5D curved glass on top. Powering this phone is a 1.4GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor paired with Adreno 505 GPU for graphics.
It comes with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal memory, which is further expandable up to 128GB with the help of a microSD card support.
In terms of the camera, the Vivo Y66 houses a 13-megapixel primary camera on the back with LED flash. Up front, it has a 5-megapixel secondary camera for selfies.
The Vivo Y66 is a Dual-SIM device which runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system with Funtouch OS 3.0 on top. Under the hood, it packs in a 3000mAh non-removable battery supporting Quick Charge 2.0.
As far as the connectivity options are concerned, the Vivo Y66 features 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, microUSB 2.0. It also embraces the standard set of sensors like gravity, light, and distance.
Available in Rose Gold and Silver colour options, the Vivo Y66 is price at 1498 yuan which is approximately Rs 14,610.
