Acer Swift, Spin and Aspire series laptops with Windows 11 launched in India: price, specifications

Acer has launched upgraded variants of as many as six laptops in India. The lineup consists of Swift X, Swift 3, Aspire 5, Aspire 3, Spin 3, and Spin 5. The devices come with the latest generation processors as well as pre-installed Windows 11 OS and Office 2021 out of the box.

Acer Swift X and Swift 3 specifications and features

The Acer laptops come with Windows 11 and Office 2021

The Acer Swift X was launched in India earlier this month. The laptop retains the same specifications including a 14-inch FHD display, fingerprint scanner, and a backlit keyboard. It is equipped with an AMD Ryzen 5 5600U processor paired with a 4GB RTX 3050 GPU onboard. The device packs 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD. It is powered by a 4-cell 59Wh battery. The Swift X was launched with Windows 10 but now ships with Windows 11 out of the box. 

As for the Acer Swift 3, the laptop is offered in two processor configurations, one with the latest 11th generation Intel Core i5 and another with AMD Ryzen 5000U. The former is also equipped with an integrated Intel Iris Xe GPU. Both variants pack up to 16GB RAM and 1TB SSD storage. The Swift 3 features a 14-inch IPS FHD display with a sleek metal chassis. It comes with a Thunderbolt 4 port, WiFi-6, and fast charging support. 

Acer Aspire 5 and Aspire 3 specifications and features

The Acer Aspire 5 had debuted in global markets last October and the Indian variant packs the same specifications. The laptop is offered in 14 and 15.6-inch display sizes bearing FHD resolution. It comes with the brand’s Colour Intelligence and BlueLightShield technology. The laptop features a hinge design that is said to improve airflow underneath. It also packs a backlit keyboard and dual-band WiFi-6 connectivity support. 

Internally, the Aspire 5 houses up to 11th gen Intel Core processors coupled with Intel Iris Xe GPU. The machine is equipped with up to 1TB SSD and 2TB HDD storage options. 

As for the Acer Aspire 3, it is a mainstream laptop and comes with the same hinge design for additional airflow as the Aspire 5. It comes with a fingerprint scanner and Windows Hello authentication for security. The laptop is powered by up to 11th generation Intel Core i5 processor and packs a hybrid storage system comprising of an SSD and HDD. 

Acer Spin 3 and Spin 5 specifications and features

Both the Acer Spin 3 and Spin 5 are 2-in-1 convertible laptops with support for touch screen functionality and stylus pen. Under the hood, the laptops house up to 11th generation Intel Core i7 processors coupled with Intel Iris Xe GPU onboard. The Acer Spin 5 packs up to 16GB LPDDR4 RAM and 1TB SSD storage. Both Spin 3 and Spin 5 are claimed to deliver 15 hours of battery life on a single charge. 

Acer Swift X, Swift 3, Aspire 5, Aspire 3, Spin 3, Spin 5 price in India

The Acer Swift X starts at Rs 86,999 while the Swift 3 starts at Rs 62,999. The Aspire 5 and Aspire 3 carry a starting price tag of Rs 57,999 and Rs 55,999 respectively. The Acer Spin 3 and Spin 5 cost Rs 74,999 and Rs 99,999 respectively for the base configurations. 

All six Acer laptops will be available for purchase from the brand’s e-store, Acer exclusive stores, Flipkart, Amazon, Croma, Reliance Digital, and Vijay Sales from this month onwards.
