Upcoming Acer TVs will sport a frame-less design

Reports have revealed that Acer will be announcing its first smart TV range in various sizes ranging from 32 inches to 70 inches. These models are like to come with nearly identical specs.

As can be seen in the image above, the Acer TV will be sporting a frame-less design, which indicates that it will be equipped with ultra-thin bezels. The display will offer features like 4K UHD resolution, wide viewing angle, 1.07 billion colours, wide colour gamut, and HDR10+ with HLG.

The Acer TV will run Android TV OS, and will come with Chromecast built-in. Hence, it is expected to bring support for OTT apps, Play Store access, and Google Assistant.

It will be powered by a 64-bit quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, and 16GB of storage. It is expected to offer a vivid audio experience through its 24W high fidelity speakers. The Acer TV will offer connectivity features such as an Ethernet port, 3 HDMI ports (1 ARC), two USB 2.0 ports, a S/PDIF port, an AV-IN port, an antenna port, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
