Airtel has introduced a new cashback offer for Amazon Prime users in India. The telco is known for offering deals and discounts to Amazon users from time to time. Airtel is now providing up to Rs 40 cashback to users recharging their numbers using Amazon Pay.
The telco has specified that the offer is available only to those who recharge their Airtel numbers using Amazon Pay on the Airtel app or website. For this, users need to link their Amazon Wallet in the payment settings of their Airtel account. It won’t be applicable to those who use the Amazon Pay UPI directly from the UPI section. Let’s take a look at the details of this offer.
Airtel is offering up to Rs 40 cashback on Amazon Pay recharges
In order to avail the offer, Amazon Prime users need to log into their Amazon account and claim the cashback reward. To do so, Amazon Prime users need to visit the ‘Amazon Pay’ section on the Amazon app or website and click on ‘Rewards’. The cashback reward can then be found under ‘All categories’ tab. Users can redeem the offer until October 31st.
Once collected, they can head to the Airtel app or website to recharge their Airtel number and choose Amazon Pay as the payment mode. Eligible customers will get a cashback of 50 percent, up to Rs 40 on recharges done through Amazon Pay. The cashback amount will be credited to the Amazon Pay account of the user within three days of the transaction. Airtel has specified that customers will be able to avail this offer only once.
Airtel launches Rs 399 postpaid plan
In related news, Airtel has revived its Rs 399 plan and rolled it out across the country. The prepaid plan offers 40GB data for the duration of the billing cycle, unlimited voice calls to any network within India and 100 SMSes per day. Users also get a free Airtel Xstream Premium subscription, one-year Wynk Music subscription and an annual membership of Shaw Academy with the plan. Lastly, the plan offers free Hello tunes and cashback on FASTag transactions.
