Airtel recharge plans with Disney+ Hotstar Mobile subscription: full list of plans, price, validity

New Airtel recharge plans with Disney+ Hotstar Mobile plan have been announced. These recharge plans come in denominations of  Rs 599, Rs 838, and Rs 3,359. Airtel has bundled the Disney+ Hotstar Mobile Plan worth Rs 499 with this plan with a validity of one year. Users will be able to stream the entire library of the OTT platform in HD resolution on a smartphone or tablet with this plan.

Airtel has included the new Disney+ Hotstar Mobile plan with three of its Truly Unlimited plans, which offer daily data, daily SMS, daily data, and other benefits to the users. In comparison, Jio has included the same plan with four new prepaid recharge plans and a data add-on pack. Airtel is offering a year’s Disney+ Hotstar mobile subscription three recharge plans

Disney+ Hotstar updated its subscription plans last month into three tiers. These tiers include the new Mobile and Super plans along with the existing Premium tier. For the first time, the OTT platform is offering unrestricted access to all of its content including  Disney+ originals, Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, HBO, and others, without any ads with all three tiers. These new plans came into effect starting September 1st, 2021 and those who were on the VIP membership worth Rs 399 per year were automatically moved to the Mobile plan worth Rs 499 for a year.

Airtel previously offered Disney+ Hotstar VIP membership with its Rs 401, Rs 448, Rs 599, and Rs 2,698 recharge plans. All these plans are no longer listed on the official website of the telco. Airtel has replaced these plans with the newly introduced Rs 499, Rs 699, and Rs 2,798 recharge plans. Airtel Rs 499 recharge plan

The Airtel Rs 499 recharge plan is the cheapest pack offering Disney+ Hotstar Mobile annual subscription for free. The plan offers unlimited calls, 100 SMS per day, and 2GB of data per day for 28 days. Apart from free Disney+ Hotstar, other benefits include Prime Video Mobile Edition free trial for 30 days, Wynk Music, Airtel Xstream Premium, Apollo 24|7 Circle for 3 months, 1-Year Shaw Academy access, and Rs 100 cashback on FASTag.

Airtel Rs 599 recharge plan

The Airtel Rs 599 recharge plan comes with a validity of 28 days and offers daily data and SMS benefits along with an unlimited calling facility. Users will get 3GB of data per day and 100 SMS daily with this pack. In terms of OTT benefits, the pack offers Prime Video Mobile Edition free trial for 30 days, Wynk Music, and Airtel Xstream Premium. Other benefits include Apollo 24|7 Circle for 3 months, 1-Year Shaw Academy access, and Rs 100 cashback on FASTag.

Airtel Rs 838 recharge plan

Next up is the Airtel Rs 838 recharge plan, which is also a truly unlimited recharge plan. This means users get unlimited voice calling, daily data, and SMS benefits with this plan. The plan offers 2GB of data per day to the users and 100 daily SMS for 56 days. Other benefits of the plan are the same as the Rs 499 pack including Prime Video Mobile Edition free trial, Airtel Xstream Premium.

Airtel Rs 2,999 recharge plan

The Rs 2,999 Airtel recharge plan offers 2GB of data per day, 100 SMS per day, and unlimited calling for 365 days. Other benefits of the plan are identical to the recharge plans listed above including annual Disney+ Hotstar Mobile subscription and Prime Video Mobile Edition free trial for 30 days.

Airtel Rs 3,359 recharge plan

This is currently the most expensive plan offering the Disney+ Hotstar Mobile plan to Airtel users. The Rs 3,359 Airtel recharge plan is an annual pack offering 2GB of data per day, 100 SMS per day, and unlimited calling for 365 days. Other benefits of the plan are the same as that of the other recharge plans in this list.

New Disney+ Hotstar plans in India

Airtel users who are currently on a complimentary Disney+ Hotstar VIP plan as part of Airtel’s offer will be able to enjoy the benefit till their subscription expires. Regular Disney+ Hotstar users who are on the VIP plan will be moved to the Mobile plan, but will be able to access premium content on multiple devices until their plan ends.
