Airtel has expanded its budget prepaid plan portfolio by launching its new Rs 199 prepaid plan. It comes with 30 days of validity. The plan is specially curated for users who want almost a month’s validity on a budget. Along with that, it also offers calling and data benefits. Here’s everything you need to know about the new plan.
Airtel Rs 199 prepaid plan
The latest budget offering from Airtel comes with 30 days of validity and unlimited local and national calling. It also includes 3GB of data and 300 SMSs. Moreover, the plan also gives access to Wynk Music and Hello Tunes.
However, as per the government’s rule, users cannot send more than 100 SMSs in a single day. Besides, once users have reached the limit of 300 SMS, they will be charged Rs 1 per SMS, while data usage beyond the 3GB limit will be charged at 50p per MB.
It is noteworthy that users will not be able to carry forward unused SMS and data into the next month, even if they recharge with the same plan.
This is a great plan for those who use Wi-Fi and are looking for a recharge plan that can fulfil their calling needs, as the plan offers unlimited calling for almost a month. It is also suitable for people seeking a budget plan for validity extension. However, this plan may not be ideal for those relying only on mobile data.
