Airtel launches Rs 251 4G data voucher with 50GB data

Airtel has been working towards making work from home easier for its subscribers for some time now. The telecom operator recently launched the Rs 2,498 ‘Truly Unlimited’ annual prepaid plan with 2GB daily data for individuals and a Work@Home solution for enterprises. However, it’s common for users exhaust the allotted daily data limit on their plans, which results them in having to wait until midnight to use high-speed data again.

Telcos have been offering 4G data vouchers which give you additional high speed data, over and above your existing pack. Airtel has now launched a new Rs 251 data voucher to take on a similar plan from Jio. Here’s what it offers.

Airtel Rs 251 4G data voucher with 50GB data

The Airtel Rs 251 plan offers 50GB data over and above allotted data of the base plan

The Airtel Rs 251 plan offers 50GB data

The newest 4G data voucher from Bharti Airtel has been priced at Rs 251. The plan offers 50GB unlimited high-speed data to the user. The 4G data voucher’s validity will be the same as the base plan on which the user is currently on. Therefore, if the base plan that the user has is valid for 365 days, the Rs 251 4G data voucher will be valid for the entire year.

However, if you only have a few days remaining in your base plan’s validity, you will need to utilise the entire 50GB data in those few days, as the data benefits will also expire once your base plan does. The plan doesn’t offer any calling or SMS benefits.

Jio Rs 251 Work from Home pack details

The Jio Work from Home Rs 251 pack also offers 50GB of 4G data, however, unlike Airtel’s Rs 251 data voucher, Jio’s pack comes with a validity of 30 days.
