Electric scooter manufacturer Ampere is on a roll lately, with the company unveiling the Primus e-scooter not too long ago. The e-scooter producer has now followed it up with another attractive two-wheeler, known as the Zeal EX.
In addition to a low price tag, which we will discuss later, Ampere Zeal EX customers are also eligible to receive some further benefits valued at up to Rs 6,000. However, this promotion is only available until March 31, as per parent company Greaves Mobility.

Ampere Zeal EX specifications
Customers will find a motor capable of producing 1.8 kW of peak power. This is complemented by a top speed of up to 55 kmph. Meanwhile, there’s a 2.3 kWh lithium battery that can deliver up to 120 km of range on a full charge.
Ampere will supply a 60V/7.5A charger with the Zeal EX, which the company says can fully recharge the scooter in around five hours. In addition to being a decent consumer vehicle, the Zeal EX can also serve the logistics sector courtesy of the 150 kg max loading capacity, coupled with drum brakes.
Ampere Zeal EX price and availability
The most exciting aspect of Ampere’s latest e-scooter is its low ex-showroom price tag of Rs 69,900 across Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, and Uttar Pradesh. Other Indian states will pay slightly more (Rs 75,000) for the Zeal EX.
On top of the low cost, customers also get up to three years of warranty on the motor, battery, charger, converter, and controller of the Zeal EX. You can expect to find the Ampere Zeal EX at your local retail outlet over the next few weeks.
