The rumoured iPhone SE 3 (or iPhone SE 2022) will be arriving as the successor for the iPhone SE 2020, which was announced two years ago. The USP of the device will be that it will be an affordable 5G offering from the iPhone maker. Apart from announcing the new devices, the Cupertino-based company is also likely to release iOS 15.4 in the first half of March. The new update is expected to bring key features such as Face ID support for people wearing masks, new emojis, and a Universal Control feature, which will allow users to use a single keyboard and trackpad with multiple iPads and Mac PCs.

The iPhone SE 3 5G is expected to house a 4.7-inch LCD display and continue to sport a design similar to its predecessor. However, contradictory leaks have claimed it will be equipped with a notched screen like the iPhone XR. The handset is likely to retain the Touch ID integrated Home button.

The device may draw power from the Apple A15 Bionic chip. Probably, it will be made available in 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB storage options like the predecessor model. The major addition to the device will be the support for 5G connectivity.

The iPad Air 5 may feature a TFT LCD panel, and it may also come equipped with the A15 Bionic chip. It may arrive with support for 5G connectivity. The iPad Air 5 may also bring other enhancements like a 12-megapixel FaceTime camera, Centre Stage support, and a dual-camera system with quad-LED flash unit.

Other expected devices

Apart from iPhone SE 3, Apple might also introduce the redesigned MacBook Air powered by rumoured M2 silicon. Apple is also tipped to introduce a 27-inch iMac Pro with HDR screen and options for either M1 Pro and M1 Max processor, which could be the device Apple is referring to with its “Peek Performance” tagline. Another device doing the rounds of the rumour mill is a Mac mini with M1 Pro/Max onboard.
