Apple April event: what to expect?

As per reports, Apple is tipped to launch two devices at its upcoming launch event, the 2021 iPad Pro and AirTags. The iPad Pro is expected to arrive in 12.9 and 11-inch variants. The former is rumoured to be Apple’s first device to come with a mini-LED display. It’s unclear whether the 11-inch model will also follow its sibling.

The next-generation iPad Pro’s are expected to come with camera upgrades. They will be reportedly powered by an A14X processor that is said to be par on performance with the M1 chipset. The 2021 iPad Pro is also tipped to feature a Thunderbolt 4 port that will allow connecting the tablet to external displays, storage drives etc.

As for the AirTags, they were tipped to launch last year. The device will offer location tracking using Apple’s Find My Software. The NFC-based tile trackers will help users to track non-smart devices like keychains and wallets.
