ASUS Max Pro M1, Max M2 and Max M1 price in India slashed by up to Rs 1,000

ASUS has dropped the price of three of its budget smartphones called the Max Pro M1, Max M2, and Max M1 in India. All RAM and storage variants of these smartphones have received a price cut in the country. The ASUS Max M1’s price is dropped by Rs 1,000, while the Max Pro M1 and Max M2 have received a price cut of Rs 500. The phones are available at the reduced pricing on Flipkart’s website. Their price in the country now starts at Rs 5,999 for the most affordable model, and it goes up to Rs 11,499 for the most expensive offering.

The ASUS Max Pro M1 (previously known as the ASUS ZenFone Max Pro M1) comes with a Rs 500 discount for its 3GB RAM + 32GB storage, 4GB RAM + 64GB storage and 6GB RAM + 64GB storage models. These models were introduced with price tags of Rs 7,999, Rs 8,999 and Rs 11,999 respectively. With the new price cut, the three variants of the Asus Max Pro M1 can be bought for Rs 7,499, Rs 8,499 and Rs 11,499, respectively.

Introduced last April, the Max Pro M1 has a 5.99-inch IPS LCD display that offers 18:9 aspect ratio and 1,080 x 2,160 pixels full HD+ resolution. The Snapdragon 636 mobile platform powers the phone along with a 5,000mAh battery. It comes with a 13-megapixel + 5-megapixel dual camera setup and an 8-megapixel front camera. Its 6GB RAM model has 16-megapixel + 5-megapixel dual rear cameras and a 16-megapixel front camera. Other features of the phone include Android 9 Pie, a microSD card slot and a fingerprint reader.

The ASUS Max M2 (previously ZenFone Max M2) has also received a price cut of Rs 500 for its 3GB RAM + 32GB storage and 4GB RAM + 64GB storage editions. The 3GB and 4GB variants of the ASUS Max M2 were priced at Rs 7,999 and Rs 9,499 respectively. Now, these models can be purchased for Rs 7,499 and Rs 8,999 respectively.

The ASUS Max M2 that was launched in December 2018 has a 6.26-inch IPS LCD display with HD+ resolution of 720 x 1,520 pixels and a 18:9 aspect ratio. It is fueled by a Snapdragon 632 processor and a 4,000mAh battery. It is equipped with a 13-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual-camera system and a front-facing camera of 8-megapixels. It also features Android 9 Pie, a microSD card slot and a fingerprint reader.

The ASUS Max M1 (formerly called the ZenFone Max M1) has received a discount of Rs 1,000. Its new pricing is Rs 5,999. The device comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage.

The ASUS Max M1 was launched in February 2018 and has a 5.5-inch IPS LCD display with 720 x 1,440 pixels HD+ resolution. It is powered by Snapdragon 430 chipset and a 4,000mAh battery. It has a 13-megapixel rear camera and a selfie snapper of 8-megapixels.
