ASUS Zenbook 14 Flip OLED, Vivobook S14 Flip, and Vivobook 15 (touch) launched in India: price, specifications


  • ASUS has launched three new laptops in India

ASUS Zenbook 14 Flip OLED, Vivobook S14 Flip, and Vivobook 15 (touch) have launched in India today. The first two are convertible offerings whereas the latter is a mainstream laptop.

All three new laptops from ASUS are equipped with the latest generation Intel Core processors. The machines are said to be designed specifically for young working professionals. Read on to know what the Zenbook 14 Flip OLED, Vivobook S14 Flip, and Vivobook 15 (touch) offer out of the box. 

ASUS Zenbook 14 Flip OLED, Vivobook S14 Flip, and Vivobook 15 (touch) specifications and features

Beginning with the Zenbook 14 Flip OLED, it offers a 14-inch OLED display bearing a 2.8K resolution, 550 nits brightness, and a 90Hz refresh rate. It also packs a 100 percent DCI-P3 colour gamut, Pantone validation, and VESA Display HDR. The laptop is a 2-in-1 convertible offering with touch and stylus pen (bundled) support. The Zenbook 14 Flip OLED is equipped with an aluminium body and is also MIL-STD810H certified. 

On the other hand, the Vivobook S14 Flip also comes with a 14-inch screen with touch and stylus support but with a few downgrades (compared to the Zenbook 114 Flip OLED) including an IPS panel, WUXGA resolution, and 300 nits brightness. 

Both the Zenbook 14 Flip OLED and Vivobook S14 Flip feature a backlit keyboard and a trackpad that doubles up as a number pad 2.0. There is also a fingerprint scanner embedded in the power button. On the audio front, both laptops are equipped with Harman Kardon-powered stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos and a built-in array microphone with AI noise cancellation features. 

Under the hood, the Zenbook 14 Flip OLED is available in 12th generation Core i5 and i7 processor options paired with Intel Iris Xe GPU. Meanwhile, the Vivobook S14 Flip can be availed in either AMD Ryzen 5 or 12th gen Intel Core i5 chipset coupled with AMD Radeon and Iris Xe graphics respectively. Both machines pack 16GB LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB SSD storage that can be expanded. The laptops are also equipped with dual fans and dual heat pipes for heat dissipation. The Zenbook 14 Flip OLED and Vivobook S14 Flip are backed by a 50 and 63Whr battery with support for 100W and 90W fast charging respectively. 

As for the Vivobook 15 (touch), it comes with a 15.6-inch display bearing an FHD+ resolution and support for touch functionality. It features a fingerprint scanner and a 720p webcam with a privacy shutter. The machine is US MIL-STD 810H certified. 

Internally, the Vivobook 15 (touch) is offered in 12th generation Core i5 and i3 processor options coupled with Intel Iris Xe GPU onboard. It packs up to 16GB DDR4 RAM and 512GB SSD. The machine is powered by a 42Whr battery with support for 65W fast charging. 

Connectivity-wise, the ASUS Zenbook 14 Flip OLED, Vivobook S14 Flip, and Vivobook 15 (touch) come with WiFi-6, Bluetooth 5.0 and a host of I/O ports including USB 3.2 Gen 2, Thunderbolt 4, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. All three laptops run on Windows 11 OS.

The ASUS Zenbook 14 Flip OLED carries a starting price tag of Rs 99,990 and comes in Pine Grey colour. The Vivobook S14 Flip starts at Rs 66,990 and is offered in Cool Silver and Quiet Blue colours. The Vivobook 15 (touch) is available from Rs 49,990 onwards and in Quiet Blue and Transparent Silver colours. All three laptops will be available for purchase from leading online and offline retailers across the country.
