Asus launched its Zenfone 9 series in July last year. Now the company is working on its next iteration, the Zenfone 10. Recently we exclusively revealed the full specifications and the launch timeframe of the upcoming flagship from Asus. Since then, the latest addition to the series has been creating quite a buzz in the tech world. Here’s everything we know about the Asus Zenfone 10 so far.
Asus Zenfone 10: Design and Display
According to the leaks and rumours, the Asus Zenfone 10 will have a 6.3-inch AMOLED display. The device will also have a high refresh rate of 120Hz, making scrolling and navigating through the phone smoother and more responsive.
The Asus Zenfone 9 came with a 5.9-inch display and was considered one of the best compact flagship Android smartphones in 2022. Yet, with the upcoming smartphone, the company intends to abandon the tiny form factor.
Asus Zenfone 10: Camera
Nowadays, all smartphone manufacturers are competing to have the most megapixels on their devices. The latest flagship from Samsung flaunts a 200MP camera, and Asus aims to compete with the South Korean conglomerate. According to our previous report, the company is planning to feature an OIS-enabled 200MP primary camera on the Zenfone 10. Unfortunately, we don’t know anything about the other sensors. But we’re expecting additional information in the coming days.
Asus Zenfone 10: Performance and Battery
The Asus Zenfone 10 will have the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. It will have up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. This indicates a buttery smooth multitasking experience. The device will also feature a liquid cooling system for heat dissipation.
As far as the battery is concerned, it will pack a 5,000mAh battery with 67W fast charging. There’s no information on the availability of wireless charging on the device. If Asus provides wireless charging with the upcoming Zenfone 10, it will be a big plus as it was the only thing missing from its predecessor.
Asus ZenFone 10: Launch and Availability
The Asus Zenfone 10 will make its global debut in the fourth quarter of this year. It will be available in three colours. At the moment, there is no information about the device’s price. The Zenfone 9 has not been released in India. Hence, whether the Zenfone 10 will make its way to the Indian shores or not is still a question.
