Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) is rolling out a new patch for players. The new update brings fixes to three issues face by BGMI players in game following the 1.5 update. Additionally, Krafton has also revealed the process of what to do in case a player is facing any issue while playing BGMI on their phone.

The recently released BGMI 1.5 update brings several new features, including a Tesla partnership, Mission Ignition mode, Royale Pass Month system, and new weapons, among others. If you have been facing issues with the gameplay after the update, the Client Patch update fixes several known issues. Here’s all you need to know.
BGMI fixes Known Issues with 1.5 update
The Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) July 14th Client Patch has started rolling out to players from July 14th at 3.30 pm. The patch fixes the issue reported by users where they could not adjust the sprint button in control settings. The new update also fixes the glitch that prevented players from adjusting the shoulder aim button in control settings. Lastly, players will now be able to adjust sensitivity when using x6 and x8 scope with lower magnification.
There are two pending issues which are yet to be fixed, which include the Super Smooth option not being available in graphics settings and being unable to proceed to on-going events through Mini Ray TV.
Battlegrounds Mobile India: how to report an error in BGMI
Krafton also outlined the process of reporting an error in Battlegrounds Mobile India. If you face any issues while playing the game, follow the steps below to officially make a report.
- Go to the Lobby in BGMI on your phone
- Click on Settings
- Tap on Basic
- Select Customer Service
- You’ll then be required to provide details like reproduction steps, character ID, and device information like Model, RAM and CPU
Krafton has also announced that it’s working on issues being reported by players after the July update through the Known Issues Notice and those will be resolved as soon as possible.
