Battlegrounds Mobile India or popularly known as BGMI has released a bunch of new items in celebration of the Indian festival – Ganesh Chaturthi. Today, on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, Battlegrounds Mobile India rolled out some interesting in-game rewards and missions which players can avail until September 21st, 2021.

These rewards include new apparel, avatars and a little surprise for all the participants. Among the in-game rewards, the players will get a chance to win a white t-shirt featuring an elephant print on the front. The elephant print represents lord Ganesha and highlights the spirit of the Ganesh Chaturthi festival.

BGMI announces Ganesh Chaturthi event with permanent rewards
Battlegrounds Mobile India shared the new missions on Instagram explaining the rewards and how to participate. The Indian gaming community is promoting the event featuring Indian gaming stars. The in-game missions are live and can be played until September 21st, 2021. The basic rewards include a permanent white t-shirt with an elephant logo, crate coupons and X50 gold. The players can use the white t-shirt as permanent apparel, available in the inventory section.

Battlegrounds Mobile India Ganesh Chaturthi Mission 1
As a part of the Ganesh Chaturthi event, players are required to complete the first mission. In any classic mode, swimming 10 meters will give you 50 AG until September 21st 2021. To complete this mission, players need to select only classic modes.

The second mission is pretty easy, and players can unveil the prizes by playing the classic mode 20 times. There is no time limit on the gaming session, but it needs to be completed before 21st, September 2021. Those who complete the mission will be rewarded with 3 Classic crate coupons.

The third mission requires a minimum of 50 games with classic modes. Upon completion, the players will receive 7 Classic crate coupons which will be later available in the crate section. Once completed, players can move to the fourth and final mission in the BGMI Ganesh Chaturthi event.

Finally, the last mission will offer a free elephant printed t-shirt to all the players. The basic requirement for the reward is playing the classic mode 60 times before 21st September 2021. Those who complete the mission will be rewarded with the permanent elephant t-shirt.
BGMI Ganesh Chaturthi event: how to participate
People residing in India can participate in the event using their mobile devices. The event won’t be available on the PC version of the game and can be played before 21st September 2021. Follow the steps below to participate in the Battlegrounds Mobile India Ganesh Chaturthi event.
- Firstly, download and install the Battlegrounds Mobile India via Google Play Store.
- Complete the sign-up/sign-in process and restart the game.
- In the initial run, it will ask to download in-game resources.
- Once downloaded, you’ll be logged into your account.
- Now, go to the default home screen on the game. (The screen where you can see your character)
- In the top-right corner of the screen, there will be icons for the shop, RP, etc.
- Just below that, there will be an Events option. Click on that.
- From the top bar, click on Recommended and then select New Beginnings Mission (I).
- Click on the Go button to participate in the event.
- Similarly, click on the Ganesh Chaturthi: New Beginnings option to unveil the new mission.
- Select your preferred event from the list and tap on Go.
- Lastly, make sure you’ve selected the classic model from the “Select Mode” option before playing the game.
