The Black Shark 2 Pro gaming smartphone in China back in July 2019. The smartphone was slated to go on sale in Europe soon, but a tentative launch date is yet to be announced. The company recently acquired all necessary permissions from the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) for the Black Shark 2 Pro, hinting at an imminent Indian launch.
The Black Shark 2 was launched in India back in May 2019. The model number of the smartphone is SKW-H0. The Chinese variant of the same device is SKW-A0. The Chinese variant of the Black Shark 2 Pro is DLT-A0, while the device registered with the BIS is model number DLT-H0.
The Black Shark 2 Pro may be announced in India by November. It will go up against the Snapdragon 855+ powered Nubia Red Magic 3S gaming phone that has recently debuted in India.

The Black Shark 2 Pro features few upgrades over the Black Shark 2. The Pro flaunts a 6.39-inch Full-HD AMOLED display with an in-display fingerprint sensor. The display supports DCI-P3 color gamut and sports 240Hz touch-sensitivity. The smartphone is powered by a 2.96GHz Snapdragon 855+ SoC with 12GB of RAM. The device features UFS 3.0 storage and is available in three variants, 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB in its home market.
The primary camera on the Black Shark 2 Pro is a 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 sensor, which is paired with a 12-megapixel telephoto lens. The selfie camera is a 20-megapixel unit. The smartphone draws power from a 4,000mAh battery with 27W fast charging support. It runs on the Android 9.0 Pie-based Joy UI.

In China, the Black Shark 2 Pro is priced at RMB 2,999 (~Rs 30,000), RMB 3,499 (~Rs 35,000) and RMB 3,999 (~Rs 40,000) for the 128GB, 256GB and 512GB respectively. The device is currently available in two colour variants in China, namely Ice Ash and Electric Black.
