Shahid Kapoor’s much-awaited digital release, Bloody Daddy, is now streaming on JioCinema. The film was announced by JioStudios when the new slate of content was being launched in Mumbai. Ever since the release of the trailer, fans have taken to social media to express their excitement, and now that the film has been released, many have shared their positive review and praises for the film.

Bloody Daddy: Cast and Crew

Directed and written by Ali Abbas Zafar, Bloody Daddy is written by Ali, Aditya Basu and Siddharth-Garima. Based on the 2011 film ‘Sleepless Night’ by Frédéric Jardin, the film includes Shahid Kapoor, Ronit Roy, Sanjay Kapoor, and Diana Penty. Several composers have collaborated to give the music of the film, which is produced by is produced by Jyoti Deshpande, Sunir Khetarpal, Gaurav Bose, Himanshu Kishan Mehra, Ali Abbas Zafar, and Sushil Choudhary, and released exclusively on JioCinema.

Bloody Daddy: Premise and Trailer

The film follows Sumair Azad, an NCB officer based in Gurugram, who finds himself in a precarious situation when he and his team successfully dismantle a drug deal. However, their victory is short-lived as the notorious drug lord Sikandar retaliates by kidnapping Sumair’s son, Atharva, and demands the return of a bag of cocaine in exchange for his release. With no other choice, Sumair agrees to retrieve the bag from the NCB headquarters and bring it to his club for exchange. As he enters the club, Sumair begins to unravel the presence of infiltrators within the NCB and arouses suspicion among his fellow colleagues.
