boAt has launched the Flash Watch smartwatch in India. The company forayed into the smartwatch segment last October.

The latest offering is the third wearable device from the brand after the boAt Watch Storm and boAt Watch Enigma that had debuted in October and December last year respectively. The boAt Flash Watch is quite different from the other two offerings in terms of looks. Let’s take a look at what the smartwatch offers out of the box.

The boAt Flash Watch is a budget smartwatch

The boAt Flash Watch comes with a circular LCD display measuring 1.3-inches. It also features a dual-tone silicone strap colour with a single button on the right side. The device comes with six watch faces for customisation. It is IP68 rated dust and water-resistant. 

The boAt Flash Watch is equipped with a 24×7 heart rate monitor and a blood oxygen SpO2 sensor. It also tracks sleep patterns and offers guided meditative breathing. The smartwatch supports 10 sports modes including running, skipping, climbing, badminton, swimming, basketball, yoga, football, cycling and walking. The wearable device also features sedentary and hydration alerts. 

The boAt Flash Watch comes with convenient features like notifications display, weather updates, music control playback, remote camera and find my phone. The smartwatch draws its power from a 200mAh battery unit that is claimed to last for up to 7 days. It supports Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity with an effective range of 10 metres.

The boAt Flash Watch is priced at Rs 2,499 and can be availed in three colours – Active Black, Electric Blue and Vivid Red. The smartwatch will go on sale on Amazon from today at 12:30 pm.
