The state-run telco, BSNL is on a revision spree. The telecom operator recently revised its Rs 1,999 annual prepaid plan, Rs 199 postpaid plan, and Rs 18 prepaid voucher. Now, the telco has revised yet another prepaid plan called Rs 109 Mithram Plus plan. After the revision, the BSNL Rs 109 Mithram Plus plan is now offering double data benefit.
This is a limited period offer, which is valid till March 31st, 2021. TelecomTalk reports that the plan that was first introduced in December 2019, is tipped to be discontinued on April 1st. The Rs 109 BSNL prepaid plan comes with a validity of 75 days and offers data plus calling benefits.
BSNL Rs 109 Mithram Plus plan offers 10GB data till March 31st
While the validity of the BSNL Rs 109 Mithram Plus plan is 75 days, the plan offers unlimited voice calling without any FUP restriction for 20 days only. The plan is beneficial for those who simply want to keep their BSNL number active. Previously, the prepaid plan offered 5GB of data in total for the duration of the validity. After the revision, users will get 10GB of data.
As mentioned before, the plan was introduced back in December 2019. Initially, the benefits included 250 minutes of voice calling per day, 5GB of data, and 90 days of validity extension. The revised data benefit is already available in the Kerala circle according to KeralaTelecom.info.
After the plan is discontinued on April 1st, users will have the option to recharge with the PV 106 or PV 107 plans. The former is a per-second plan, whereas the latter is a per-minute plan. Both offer 3GB free data, 100 minutes of free voice calls, free BSNL Tunes subscription for 60 days, and 100 days of validity.
