BSNL Rs 135 prepaid plan revised, now offers more talk time at the same price

The state-run telco, BSNL is known for offering attractive prepaid plans during the festive season. Now, the telecom operator has announced a revision of its Special Tariff Voucher (STV) 135 ahead of the festive season in India. The Rs 135 BSNL prepaid plan now offers more voice calling minutes for the same price. The revision in the benefits has been made active starting today.

The revised benefits of the STV was announced by the BSNL Tamil Nadu, but is applicable across all circles where the prepaid plan is offered by the telco. The Rs 135 BSNL prepaid plan is a voice voucher, which means no other benefits are included with the STV.  Let’s take a look at details such as voice calling and validity offered by the pack.

BSNL used to offer 300 minutes of voice calls with the BSNL STV_135 earlier. However, with the revised benefit, the plan gets 1,140 minutes of extra voice calling minutes. In total, BSNL users recharging with this plan will get 1,440 minutes of voice calling. The plan comes with a validity of 24 days.

The voice calling benefits include local, STD or roaming calls to BSNL and other networks. As mentioned before, apart from voice calling, the BSNL STV_135 prepaid pack offers no other benefit to the user.

In related news, BSNL launched a limited duration Rs 49 prepaid plan with data and free voice calling benefits. The BSNL STV_49 prepaid plan offers 100 minutes of free voice calls to any network, 2GB of data and a total of 100 free SMSes. This BSNL prepaid plan comes with a validity of 28 days and is a limited period offer till November 30th.
