CES 2017: Asus Launched ZenBook 3 Deluxe With Intel Kaby Lake Chipset

Asus has announced ZenBook 3 Deluxe laptop at an event Zennovation at CES 2017. It’s a slightly bigger version of the ZenBook 3 which was launched last year. It comes with extremely thin bezels of 7.46mm, thus fitting a bigger display on the smaller chassis.

The ZenBook 3 Deluxe sports a 13-inch Full HD display with a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels. It is powered by the latest 7th Generation Intel Core i7 processor clubbed with 16GB of LPDDR3 RAM and a blazingly-fast up 1TB PCI Express (PCIe) SSD. It houses two USB Type-C ports and both of them are Thunderbolt 3 enabled with support up to 40Gbps data transfer speed. The Thunderbolt 3 also enables the laptop to support 4K UHD external displays and power delivery.

ZenBook 3 Deluxe has a backlit full-size keyboard and a glass precision trackpad integrated with a fingerprint scanner placed on the top right corner. It also packs in four speaks featuring Harman Kardon audio. The laptop is available in two colours – royal blue and quartz grey.

Overall, the ZenBook 3 Deluxe has an elegantly thin metal design and weighs only 1.1 kg. It is powered by the latest 7th Gen Intel Core chipset and has a Gorilla Glass 5 protection on the display. It will be available in May 2017 starting at $1,699 (Rs 1,15,500)
