Coolpad Conjr With 3GB RAM Will Soon Be Launching In India

Coolpad has confirmed that it will soon be launching yet another affordable phone dubbed Coolpad Conjr in India. The phone was unveiled last week at CES 2017 in Las Vegas. While the company has not revealed the exact timeline, the device is expected to be available in the country by this month itself. The company has also stated that Coolpad Conjr will carry a disruptive price tag at the time of launching in India.


Externally, the phone in question comes with an aluminum unibody construction and a capacitive fingerprint scanner at the rear. It comes in a solitary gray colour option. In terms of the specifications of Coolpad Conjr, it sports a 5-inch IPS LCD screen with 1,280 x 720 pixels HD resolution. Powering the phone is a 1GHz MediaTek MT6735CP quad-core chip, 3GB RAM, and Mali-T720 GPU for graphics.

Internally, Coolpad Conjr embraces 16GB of internal storage, which supports further expansion with the help of a microSD card support. It is a dual-SIM device with two Nano SIM slots, running Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system with Cool UI 8.0 on top. Under the hood is a 2500mAh non-removable battery. The supported connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and microUSB 2.0.


As far as the camera offerings are concerned, Coolpad Conjr houses a 13MP rear autofocus snapper with LED flash, OIS, and f/2.2 aperture. It also features an 8MP selfie camera with front flash. Even though Coolpad did not come up with the price details last week, the device is expected to cost at around 6,999.
