Coolpad has just announced a 3GB RAM variant of its first ever dual rear camera smartphone – Cool1 Dual. It comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB inbuilt storage and gets a pricing of Rs 10,999. Earlier this year, the company launched the Cool1 Dual with 4GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage in India with a price tag of Rs 13,999. However, it got a Rs1000 price cut recently and is being sold at Rs 12,999 for a while now.
Of course, the main highlight of the phone has to be the dual rear camera setup. The Cool1 Dual sports dual 13MP camera setup with a standard RGB lens and a monochrome lens. As far as the specs are concerned, the Cool1 Dual puts on a 5.5-inch Full HD in-cell display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. Under the hood, the phone is equipped with an octa-core Snapdragon 652 chipset with an Adreno 510 GPU on board. It runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow wrapped under EUI 5.8 and packs in a 4060mAh non-removable battery. The phone also gets fast charging support to fill up the tank quickly.
For connectivity, the Cool1 Dual features 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac/a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, USB Type-C port and a 3.5mm audio jack. It comes with a dual SIM functionality and a fingerprint scanner mounted on the back panel. The 3GB RAM variant will go on sale exclusively on Amazon starting tomorrow, i.e., 11th April.
