The Bikeriders by Jeff Nichols’ has a new release date. The movie is touted to be a crime epic about the 1950s motorcycle club. It also stars Austin Bulter, Jodie Comer, and Tom Hardy.

Release Date – Where Can You Watch Bikeriders?
After premiering at Telluride, the New Regency film set in Chicago, will reach theaters on June 21, 2024. While on the festival circuit, the film was originally set up at Disney’s 20th Century Studios. However, the Hollywood actor’s strike prevented its release, so New Regency took the film to Focus Features instead. Reports also state that Universal Pictures International will deal with the film’s international distribution, also written by Nichols.
Meanwhile, the movie has received positive reviews from the Telluride Film Festival, with film critic Peter Debruge writing in his piece, “It goes a long way to humanize figures who’ve been long misrepresented on film, while giving audiences privileged access to this inner world.”

The movie has been directed by American filmmaker Jeff Nichols, who has also directed movies like Shotgun Stories, Take Shelter, Mud, and Midnight Special. Shotgun Stories was widely acclaimed and recognized for its cinematic excellence. Moreover, along with receiving the Independent Spirit Award nomination, it also secured several honors, which include the Grand Jury Prize at both the Seattle and Austin Film Festivals.
According to reports, the movie depicts the transformation of a Midwestern motorcycle club, the Vandals, from a meeting place for outsiders into a sinister gang, whose testosterone-fuelled lifestyle threatens the original group. Based on Danny Lyon’s 1968 book of the same name, The Bikeriders contains photographs and anecdotes from the Chicago Outlaws Motorcycle Club.
