iQOO has launched multiple devices in its iQOO Z6 lineup. However, the Vivo sub-brand is in no mood to pull breaks as the company is gearing up to launch a couple of new devices in the Z6 lineup – the iQOO Z6 Pro SE and iQOO Z6 Lite 5G.
Pricebaba through our trusted tipster Paras Guglani (aka Passionate Geekz) have learned more details about these upcoming smartphones. The monikers for both these smartphones have been confirmed from the smartphones’ firmware data. As shown in the screenshot below, model number Vivo I2205 is associated with the iQOO Z6 Pro SE, and Vivo I2208 is associated with iQOO Z6 Lite 5G.
The iQOO Z6 Lite 5G is expected to be launched in the second week of September. In terms of specifications, the iQOO Z6 Lite 5G is rumoured to be a rebranded version of the Vivo T1x. The former comprises up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage and packs in a Snapdragon 680 chipset. However, this is a 4G chipset, so iQOO will likely use a different SoC with the Z6 lite 5G.
Apart from that, we don’t have any other information about the upcoming iQOO smartphones. But we can expect iQOO to reveal more about the forthcoming smartphones as we inch closer to the launch.
The iQOO Z6 5G has performed admirably in the Indian market, making the Z series a best seller for the company. The current iQOO Z6 5G portfolio consists of three variants: the standard iQOO Z6 5G launched in March this year, iQOO Z6 Pro, and iQOO Z6, which was released in April 2022 as a 4G option.
