Moto G62 5G is scheduled to launch on August 11th, 2022. Ahead of the launch, Pricebaba through its industry sources has learnt the box price of the device before its official announcement.

The Moto G62 5G’s microsite is now live on Flipkart. The listing has revealed its design and key specifications. The device will offer key features like a 120Hz LCD panel with a punch-hole design, a 5G-ready Snapdragon 6-series chipset, 50-megapixel triple rear cameras, support for 12 5G bands, dual stereo speakers, and a big battery that can be charged quickly.

Pricebaba has learnt that the Moto G62 5G will have a box price of Rs 21,999. This price belongs to the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage edition of the device. The leaked box price indicates that the G62 5G could be made available for purchase with a sub-Rs 20,000 price tag.

At present, it is unclear whether the device will be available in other configurations. Like other Motorola phones, it will also be made available for purchase through Flipkart. It will be available in two colours: Midnight Gray and Frosted Blue.

The Moto G62 5G will be slightly different from its global variant, which features the Snapdragon 480+ chip. In India, it will come equipped with the Snapdragon 695 SoC. It will pack a 5,000mAh battery with fast-charging support.

On the front, it has a 6.55-inch IPS LCD display that offers a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. There is no word on the front camera of the device. Its rear shell has a 50-megapixel main camera with Quad Pixel technology, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens that doubles up as a depth sensor, and a macro camera.

The Moto G62 5G will come preloaded with the Android 12 OS. It will be equipped with the ThinkShield for Mobile security feature. The power button of the device will also function as a fingerprint scanner. Lastly, it will arrive with an IP52-rated water-repellent chassis.
