On the occasion of 72nd Republic Day, the highly anticipated game is finally here. It is available for download on Google Play Store. FAU-G had surpassed one million pre-registrations last month.

FAU-G: what is it?

It’s worth noting that currently, FAU-G is not a replacement to PUBG Mobile. However, nCore Games has confirmed that battle royale mode and PvP (Player vs Player) will be coming soon in the future via an update. The multiplayer mode is what made PUBG Mobile popular.

FAU-G is a third-person brawler game with just campaign mode at the moment. It has missions and episodes that progresses through the story. The Team Deathmatch and Free for All modes are labelled as ‘coming soon’. The game is based on standalone Galwan Valley in Ladakh where the Indian and Chinese army had a face-off last year. There are no guns in the game at this point but may be available in later stages of the campaign. It’s also unclear if more maps will be added. The in-app purchases will allow users to buy weapons and different skins for their avatar. 20 percent of the game’s revenue will be donated towards Bharat Ke Veer foundation.

It will be interesting to see how gamers react to FAU-G’s single-player mode before the arrival of battle royale and multiplayer.

FAU-G: How to download?

FAU-G is currently available on Android devices and will make its way to iOS later. To download the game, follow the steps below.

  • Interested gamers can head to Google Play Store and search FAU-G or you can click on this link.
  • The game will only run on Android 8.0 or later versions. Older devices are not compatible and if you want to sideload the APK it’s worth noting that the game may run poorly.
  • Users can tap on the Install button on the Play Store listing.
  • The game has a download size of 460MB and is rated for 16+.

FAU-G is only available on Android devices and nCore Games has said that the iOS version will be released soon.
