FAU-G, the Indian alternative to PUBG Mobile, has gone live on the Google Play Store. Notably, developer nCore Games had earlier announced that FAU-G will be launched in India in November.
However, as of now, FAU-G is only up for pre-registration and that too just on the Google Play Store. This means Android users in India will get to experience the game first. At the moment, there’s no word on iOS availability of the game. Additionally, there’s no word on the exact launch date of the game as of now.
FAU-G is now up for pre-registration in India
FAU-G, short for Fearless And United Guards, is a third-person brawler game instead of a battle royale game like PUBG Mobile. The game has now gone live on the Google Play Store with a pre-registration link.
Android users interested in trying out the game can now pre-register themselves to be among the first to play the game when it launches. nCore Games is yet to announce the launch date but it seems to be imminent any time now.
The game description on the Play Store reads, “FAU-G is a proudly made in India project from nCore Games that pays tribute to the heroes of our nation’s armed forces. Based on real-world scenarios, FAU-G brings to life the thrill and adrenaline of a life spent guarding India’s borders.”
As mentioned before, nCore Games has clarified that FAU-G is not a battle royale game like PUBG Mobile. However, the makers plan to introduce battle royale mode at a later date. Initially, the game will be played at a level on the Galwan Valley without any guns to provide an authentic experience to players. There’s an option to choose between single-player and multiplayer options.
As of now, this is all that’s known about the upcoming game. Interested gamers can head to Google Play Store to pre-register for the game.
