Fossil has launched a new smartwatch for the Indian market today. The Fossil Sport Smartwatch is powered by the Snapdragon Wear 3100 platfoms and runs Google’s Wear OS. The smartwatch features extended battery life, as touted by the company.

Fossil Sport Smartwatch: specifications and features
The wearable is lightweight due to the nylon and aluminium case and comes in two sizes – 41mm and 43mm. There are 28 silicon strap and bracelet options available. The Fossil Sport Smartwatch has a touchscreen digital display and as mentioned above, derives its power from the Snapdragon Wear 3100 platform. It offers 24+ hours of battery life, while the Battery saving mode provides two extra days of usage.
The updated Wear OS by Google lets the user access information faster with just a swipe. It also helps in providing a better experience with Google Assistant and getting smarter health tips from Google Fit. The three new hero watch faces have been designed to integrate Google Fit and show progress on new activity goals – Move Minutes and Heart Points. In addition to this, the Fossil Sport Smartwatch comes with integrated sensor processing, heart rate tracking, optimised connectivity and GPS capability.
The watch is compatible with iOS 9.3+ and Android 4.4+. It supports Rapid Charging which can get it juiced up within one hour. The smartwatch comes pre-installed with apps like Spotify and Noonlight.
Fossil Sport Smartwatch: price and availability
The Fossil Sport Smartwatch has been launched in six colourways with prices starting from Rs 17,995.
