Fujitsu Announces Four New Lifebook Notebooks And Three Arrow Tablets

Japanese company Fujitsu has announced new devices aimed at enterprise users. It consists of four notebooks under the Fujitsu Lifebook series and three new tablets under the Arrows lineup. The Lifebook series comes in both convertible and traditional clamshell formats.

The Fujitsu Lifebook U series includes two models – a convertible dubbed as the U939X/A and a traditional laptop, the U939 A. Both the laptops feature a 13.3-inch display. As per the press release, Fujitsu claims that the Lifebook U939X/A is the world’s slimmest 13.3-inch convertible laptop. It also comes with an integrated stylus pen. Dimensions-wise, the laptop measures 16.9mm in thickness and weighs only 877 grams, making it ultra portable. The U939 A is 20 grams lighter than the convertible model, measuring 777 grams.

The U939X/A has a 360-degree rotating hinge which can be used in various form factors. The display also offers touchscreen functionality. Fujitsu has added a rear camera integrated in the keyboard surface. The laptop also comes with a dedicated button to enable a ‘Quick Note’ function enabling pen input instantly.

Both the Lifebook U-series models are powered by 8th gen Intel Core processors. The laptops run Windows 10 out of the box. They also feature a Thunderbolt 3 port for fast data transfers up to 40GB/s.

There are not much details regarding the Fujitsu Arrow tablets. But they are powered by the same 8th gen Core processors as the Lifebook U-series and run Windows 10 as well.

Pricing & Availability:

Fujitsu has launched the devices in Japan and they will go on sale by the end of this month. The pricing of the products range from JPY 1,64,600 (Rs 1,04,000) to JPY 3,26,800 (Rs 2,07,000).
