The Garmin Tactix Delta is equipped with a heart rate sensor, Pulse Ox sensor, respiration tracking, and body battery energy monitor. It comes with PacePro technology keeping the runner’s pacing strategy on track and with grade-adjusted guidance as they run a course. The smartwatch offers support for various sport activities and provides advanced training metrics.

Convenience-related features on the Tactix Delta include smart notifications, contactless payments through Garmin Pay and assistant and incident detection features. The device is capable of storing up to 2,000 songs and also supports streaming apps like Spotify, Amazon Music, etc. The Garmin Tactix Delta is claimed to deliver up to 21 hours of battery life in smartwatch mode. In GPS mode with music, it will last for 15 hours, while the battery saver mode will offer 80 days of usage. The smartwatch also comes with a Power Manager that informs the user about making changes to extend the battery life.
