Garmin Vivosmart 4 Fitness Tracker With Touchscreen Display Launched In India For Rs 12,990

Smart wearables maker Garmin has launched a new fitness tracker in its Vivosmart series. The device is dubbed as the Vivosmart 4 and comes with a host of useful features aimed at fitness enthusiasts. Let’s take a look below:

Specs & Features:

The Garmin Vivosmart 4 flaunts a stylish design with metal accents surrounding the display. It can be availed in five colour options – Black with midnight, Merlot with Rose Gold, Gray with Rose Gold, Blue with Silver, and Black with Midnight L. The Vivosmart 4 comes with swim-friendly water rating making it safe for swimming and showering. It features a touchscreen OLED display which auto-adjusts to ambient light levels, so it’s visible even in bright sunlight.

As for the health and wellness features, this smart fitness tracker comes with advanced sleep monitoring through a rapid eye movement (REM) monitor feature that tracks light and deep stages of sleep along with movement throughout the night. The Vivosmart 4 also features a wrist-based Pulse Ox sensor which allows users to measure blood oxygen saturation levels at night to understand their sleep quality. Like other fitness trackers, this one too comes with features dedicated to various activities like walking, running, cycling, swimming and more. There’s a Body Battery energy monitor that combines stress, heart rate, sleep, and activity data to gauge the user’s energy reserves and lets them know the optimal time for activity and rest. The Vivosmart 4 also comes with all day stress tracking that informs users when they are having a calm, balanced or stressful day.

The Garmin Vivosmart 4 also displays weather, notifications and music controls. The company claims that the Vivosmart 4 offers seven-day battery life.

The Garmin Vivosmart 4 fitness tracker has been launched at a price tag of Rs 12,990. It will be available at the Garmin brand store in Bengaluru and at Helios Watch Stores across India.
