The Gionee K30 Pro is the latest Gionee phone to go official in China. It is a mid-range phone that is packed with a tall aspect ratio display, a 16-megapixel triple camera system, a big battery, and large internal storage.

While the front side of the Gionee K30 Pro features a waterdrop notch screen, its back panel is fitted with a circular camera module like the Huawei Mate 30 Pro. It comprises three camera sensors, an LED flash in the middle, and a fingerprint scanner. The K30 Pro is the second K-series phone from the brand this year after the Gionee K3 Pro that went official a few months back.

The Gionee K30 Pro debuts with 16MP triple rear cameras
The Gionee K30 Pro houses a 6.53-inch IPS LCD screen that produces an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1,520 pixels. The phone draws power from an unknown octa-core MediaTek chipset that ticks at 2GHz. The SoC is coupled with up to 8GB of RAM.
The Gionee K30 Pro comes with a native storage of 128GB. It is unclear whether it carries support for external storage. While phones of this time are shipping with Android 10 or the latest Android 11, it is surprising to know that the K30 Pro has Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS onboard.
The rear camera setup of the K30 Pro is led by a 16-megapixel camera with f/1.8 aperture. The configurations of its ultra-wide lens and depth sensor are not known yet. For capturing selfies, it has an 8-megapixel snapper.
Gionee K30 Pro pricing and availability
The Gionee K30 Pro has landed in China in two versions such as 6GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 128GB storage. They are priced at RMB 699 (~Rs 7,900) and RMB 799 (~Rs 9,000), respectively. The phone comes in black, blue, and white colours. There is no word on the availability of the K30 Pro outside the home market.
