Chinese smartphone maker Gionee has launched the P7 Max in the Indian market. The device was launched in Nepal earlier this month at NPR 21,999 (approximately $205). Specs wise, The Gionee P7 Max features a 6.5-inch display with 1280 x 720 pixels HD resolution and 267 PPI pixel density. What powers this phone is a 32-Bit Octa-Core MediaTek MT6595 processor clocked at 2.2GHz and PowerVR G6200 GPU for graphics.
The phone comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The storage capacity is further expandable via a microSD card slot. It houses a 16-megapixel primary autofocus camera on the back with LED flash. The camera also offers features such as Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, HDR, and panorama. It can record up to 1080p HD videos at 30 frames per second (FPS). At the front, it also has a 5-megapixel selfie camera.
The Gionee P7 Max is a Dual SIM device that packs in a 3100mAh non-removable battery. It runs Amigo UI 3.2 on top of Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. In addition to this, it supports all the standard connectivity options such as 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, FM radio, and microUSB 2.0. The phone comes with a number of sensors such as Accelerometer, Proximity, and Compass.
Available in gold and grey-blue colour options, the Gionee P7 Max will go on sale starting today for Rs. 13,999.
