In August, Google unveiled the Pixel 4a. The Snapdragon 730 SoC powered device came with support for 4G LTE networks. On September 30th, the search engine giant is expected to announce the Pixel 4a 5G and Pixel 5 as its 5G-enabled smartphones. Winfuture.de recently leaked the spec sheet of the Pixel 5, and a new report by the publication has now revealed that the complete specifications of the Pixel 4a 5G.

The Google Pixel 4a 5G bears resemblance with the Pixel 5. Like the Pixel 5, the 4a 5G comes with a punch-hole display, Snapdragon 765G chipset, and 12-megapixel dual rear cameras. However, since features a cheaper build, it will be priced more affordably than the Pixel 5.

The Google Pixel 4a 5G has several features in common with the Pixel 5
The Google Pixel 4a 5G has a polycarbonate chassis, in comparison to the Pixel 5 which sports a glass and metal body. The Pixel 4a has a 6.2-inch OLED panel with a punch-hole design. It features a resolution of 1,080 x 2,340 pixels, 60Hz refresh rate, 413ppi pixel density, and HDR. The screen is shielded by Gorilla Glass 3. Notably, the Pixel 5 features a 90Hz display.
The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 765 chipset along with 6GB of LPDDR4 RAM and 128GB of storage. It is backed by a 3,800mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. The smartphone runs Android 11 out of the box.
The rear panel of the Pixel 4a 5G has a square-shaped camera module that houses a Sony IMX355 12-megapixel main camera with f/1.7 aperture and a 107-degree 16-megapixel ultra-wide lens. The device sports a front-facing 8-megapixel camera with f/2.0 aperture.
The Pixel 4a 5G has a rear-facing fingerprint scanner and Titan M chip for security. Other features include a a nano-SIM slot, e-SIM support, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, USB Type-C, two microphones, dual stereo speakers and a 3.5mm headphone jack
Google Pixel 4a 5G pricing and availability (expected)
The Google Pixel 4a will reportedly be priced at €499 (~Rs 42,900) in Germany, and is expected to go on sale in October. Past reports have revealed that the phone will be arriving in black and white colour options.
