Google Pixel 7, Pixel 7 Pro new renders emerge, reveal front and rear design

Google Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro will be unveiled on October 6th, 2022. The global launch event will also see the arrival of the Pixel Watch. At the Google I/O 2022 developers conference, which was held in May 2022, the search engine giant revealed the rear design of the Pixel 7 duo.

Google India recently released a Pixel 7 series teaser to give a glimpse of its front design. Now, 91mobiles has published the leaked official renders of the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro. The new images give a good look at the front and rear designs of both smartphones.

The leaked renders reveal that the Pixel 7 series’ front design will be almost identical to its predecessor. Both phones can be seen sporting a punch-hole display with slim bezels. The Pixel 7 has a flat display, whereas the Pixel 7 Pro’s screen is slightly curved towards the edges.

On the back, the Pixel 7 duo features a protruding horizontal camera bar. The Pixel 7 has two cameras on the back, while the Pixel 7 Pro has three cameras on the back.-

In the images, the Pixel 7 can be seen in three colours: Snow, Lemongrass, and Obsidian. The Pixel 7 Pro can be seen in two colours, such as Snow and Obsidian. It will also be available in Hazel.

The Pixel 7 will house a 6.3-inch FHD+ 90Hz display, whereas the Pixel 7 Pro will sport a 6.7-inch OLED LTPO display that offers a Quad HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Both phones will come preinstalled with the Android 13 OS and are powered by the Google Tensor G2 chipset.

The Pixel 7 will come with 8GB of RAM, while the Pixel 7 Pro will feature 12GB of RAM. Both smartphones will come with 128GB / 256GB of storage. The Pixel 7 will pack a 4,700mAh battery, whereas the Pro model will be backed by a 5,000mAh battery. Both devices will support 30W fast charging and wireless charging.

The Pixel 7 duo will have an 11-megapixel front-facing camera. The vanilla model will have a 50-megapixel (main) + 12-megapixel (ultra-wide) dual-camera system. The Pixel 7 Pro, on the other hand, will feature a triple camera unit with 50-megapixel (main) + 12-megapixel (ultra-wide) + 48-megapixel (telephoto). The Pixel 7 series will offer features such as a Titan security chip and dual stereo speakers.

The Pixel 7 is likely to cost $599 (~Rs 48,900) in the US, while the Pro model could be priced at $899 (~Rs 73,450). At present, there is no information on the Pixel 7 series’ India pricing.
