Google Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro configurations and colour options have been tipped. The search engine tech giant has been launching its Pixel phones in October each year. Hence, the Pixel 8 series is also expected to debut in the same month this year. As their monikers indicate, they will arrive as the successors of last year’s Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro.

Recent reports have revealed details on the display, cameras, battery, and charging capabilities of the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro. The new report, courtesy of Winfuture, reveals the remaining information about the Pixel 8 duo.

Google Pixel 8, Pixel 8 Pro storage, colour options (rumoured)

According to the report, the Google Pixel 8 will come in 128GB and 256GB storage options, like the Pixel 7. It will be available in three colours: Licorice, Peony, and Haze

On the other hand, the Pixel 8 Pro will be available in storage options, such as 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB. It will arrive in three shades: Licorice, Porcelain, and Sky

As per reports, the Pixel 8 will arrive with a 6.17-inch AMOLED display that offers a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It will have an 11-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel (Samsung GN2, with OIS) + 12-megapixel (ultra-wide) dual-camera system on the back. It will house a 4,485mAh battery with 24W wired and 12W wireless charging.

The Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro will come equipped with the Tensor G3 chipset. The Pro model will arrive with a 6.7-inch AMOLED display that offers a Quad HD+ resolution of 1,344 x 2,992 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. It will have the same selfie camera and a 50-megapixel (Samsung GN2, with OIS) + 64-megapixel (ultra-wide) + 48-megapixel (telephoto) triple camera system on the rear. The Pixel 8 Pro is expected to house a 4,950mAh battery with 27W wired and 12W wireless charging. Both phones are expected to come preloaded with other common features, such as Android 14 OS, Wi-Fi 7, ultra-wideband, and an FIR thermometer (only on Pro),
