Google Pixel Buds Pro India sale date has been confirmed. To recall, Google unveiled the TWS earbuds alongside the Pixel 6a, the Pixel 7 series, the Pixel Watch, and the Pixel tablet at the Google I/O event, which was held in May this year. The Pixel Buds Pro is now up for pre-order in India.

The Pixel Buds Pro is the most premium TWS earbuds from the search giant. It will be positioned higher than the Pixel Buds A, which is currently available for Rs 7,299 in India. It is expected to rival other premium products, such as the Apple AirPods Pro and Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro.

Google Pixel Buds Pro to go on sale from July 28th in India

The Pixel Buds Pro will be available for purchase starting on July 28th, 2022, in India. Starting on July 21st, the company will receive pre-orders of the earbuds. Customers who are interested can pre-order it through the Google Store.

Apart from India, the earbuds will be available for purchase on July 28th in multiple markets, such as the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, Japan, Taiwan, Ireland, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain.

The Pixel Buds Pro has a custom-designed 11mm audio driver. It is the first earbuds from Google to have support for ANC. It is equipped with a six-core audio processor to cancel out the noise. To further cut down on ambient noise, Buds Pro offers a feature called the Silent Seal.

For audio tuning, the Pixel Buds Pro comes with support for Volume EQ and a 5-band equaliser. The former automatically adjusts audio based on the volume, whereas the latter allows users to customise the sound according to their preferences.

The Buds Pro is integrated with pressure sensors, which measure the pressure inside the ears to ensure a comfortable fit. It supports wired charging via a USB Type-C port, and Qi wireless charging. It is designed to work with Android, iOS, and Windows devices.

Google will enable spatial audio support on the Pixel Buds Pro through a software update next year. Some of its other features include Bluetooth 5.0, beamforming microphones, touch controls, multipoint connectivity, Google Assistant with real-time translation, and an IPX4 (for earbuds) / IPX2 (case) rating.

The Pixel Buds Pro is priced at $199 (~Rs 15,850) in the US. However, its pricing for India is yet to be confirmed. It appears that it may cost around Rs 15,000 in India. It is likely to arrive in four colours: Charcoal, Coral, Fog, and Lemongrass.
