Havells has announced the Carnesia-I, India’s first intelligent ceiling fan according to the brand. The offering is equipped with a Smart Mode that helps it determine the temperature and humidity levels. It can then adjust the cooling levels based on the data it collects. Ravindra Singh Negi, President of Electrical Consumer Durables at Havells India Limited commented, “Innovation, technological advancement and offering unique features to consumers has been at the core of our product philosophy and Carnesia-I is a great example of that. It is an intelligent fan that can sense temperature and humidity in the room and offer the right speed for enhanced comfort to our consumers.”

Havells Carnesia-I is equipped with multiple modes and can be accessed via multiple users
The intelligent ceiling fan can be accessed via voice assistants through devices like Amazon Alexa and Google Home. The offering can be operated via an app as well. It features a multi-user mode that lets it be controlled by multiple users. Sleep Mode and Breeze Mode are also provided along with a Smart Mode. The last of these modes can help in determining the temperature and humidity levels of a room and adjust the cooling accordingly. Additional features include five-level speed control, timer setting and automatic ON and OFF.
Consumers can access various other functions through the app like home automation support, humidity display, temperature display and more.
