Amidst the ban and other uncertainties, Huawei had launched the flagship Honor 20 Pro at an event in London last month. Now Huawei has launched a special edition Huawei Honor 20 Pro in China. The new edition is called Honor 20 Pro Moschino and Huawei has partnered with Italian luxury brand Moschino. It seems like Moschino Edition will be exclusive for the Chinese market and will start selling from July 2nd. The Honor 20 Moschino will be made available in a Black colour with a gold logo at the back.
As expected, the special edition device comes with a similar set of specifications at the Huawei Honor 20 Pro. The only difference lies in the cosmetics. The Huawei Honor 20 Moschino comes equipped with a 6.26-inch All-View FHD+ display and a punch hole that houses a 32-megapixel selfie camera.
Powering the device is Huawei’s Hisilicon Kirin 980 octa-core chipset paired with 8GB of RAM. On the storage front, the device is expected to offer 256GB of internal storage. As far as the camera is concerned, the Huawei 20 Pro comes with the quad rear camera setup. The setup is made up of 48MP Sony IMX586 sensor with f/1.4 aperture, 16MP f/2.2 ultra wide angle lens, 8MP f/2.4 telephoto camera and a 2MP f/2.4 Macro camera. The device also boasts of 30x digital zoom.
It is worth noting that Huawei Honor 20 Moschino doesn’t come with a 3.5mm audio jack. Instead, it comes with a Type-C USB and 9.1 surround sound feature. The Huawei Honor 20 Moschino is backed by a 4,000mAh battery that supports 22.5W fast charging and is capable of charging the phone up to 50 percent in just 30 minutes. Honor 20 Pro has already been launched in India, it would be interesting to see if Huawei will offer special edition smartphones in India as well.
