Huawei’s sub-brand Honor has launched a new mid-budget segment smartphone dubbed as Honor 6C in Europe. It will go on sale in Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg by the end of this month. The phone comes in Gold, Grey and Silver colour options and comes at the price of 229 Euros (approx. Rs 15.861)
Coming to specs, the Honor 6C sports a 5-inch HD display with 2.5D curved glass and a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. It is equipped with an octa-core Snapdragon 435 processor clocked at 1.4GHz. The phone comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, which is further expandable up to 128GB with a MicroSD card. It runs EMUI 4.1 on top of Android 6.0 Marshmallow and draws its power from a 3020mAh battery.
For photography, the Honor 6C flaunts a 13-megapixel rear camera accompanied by a LED flash. For selfies, it features a 5-megapixel snapper. The phone also mounts a fingerprint scanner on the back panel. For connectivity, it gets 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.1, WiFi, GPS and a microUSB port.
As of now, there’s no word whether the phone will be launched in Indian market or not. It’s been a while since Honor launched a phone in India. The most recent one is the Honor 6X that was launched in India earlier this year.
