Honor 8A Pro: specifications and features
The phone has been released with a 6.1-inch LCD display with a resolution of 1,560 x 720 pixels with a waterdrop notch and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The phone carries a fingerprint sensor on the rear panel, unlike the Honor Play 8A. Apart from this, the phones are identical to each other.
The Honor 8A Pro relies on the MediaTek Helio P35 Tru-Octa core processor with PowerVR GE8320 GPU. The performance is further enhanced by 3GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The latter can be expanded via a microSD card. There’s a dedicated slot for the memory card and users do not have to give up on dual SIM facilities if they choose to expand the storage.
Camera-wise, the phone has a 13MP rear camera with an aperture of f/1.8 and PDAF. The setup carries an LED Flash, is capable of clicking HDR and Panorama shots and can record 1080p @30fps videos. For selfie-lovers, the Honor 8A Pro has an 8MP sensor with f/2.0 aperture, HDR and an ability to record videos with same dimensions as the rear camera. The device carries a 3,020mAh battery and runs Android Pie-based EMUI 9. The Honor 8A Pro carries a 3.5mm headphone jack, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.2.
