The Honor Magic 3 series of flagship phones have been launched in China. The lineup includes three devices, the Magic 3, Magic 3 Pro, and Magic 3 Pro+. The flagship phones are powered by the latest Snapdragon 888 Plus mobile platform. The other key features of the Magic 3 trio include a 120Hz display, up to 50-megapixel quad cameras, and 66W fast charging.

The Honor Magic X20 is a mid-range phone powered by the Dimensity chipset. It features a 120Hz display, 64-megapixel triple cameras, and support for 66W fast charging.

The Honor Magic 3 and Magic 3 Pro features a 6.67-inch OLED curved edge screen that offers FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The pill-shaped camera cutout on the screen has a 13-megapixel main camera and a 3D ToF depth sensor for enhanced face unlock.

The circular camera module of the Magic 3 has a Sony IMX766 50-megapixel primary camera, a 64-megapixel monochrome lens, and a 13-megapixel ultra-wide sensor. Apart from these three cameras, the Magic 3 Pro also features a 64-megapixel telephoto snapper that brings support for 3.5x optical zoom and up to 100x digital zoom. Honor has partnered with IMAX to bring cinematic video recording capabilities to the Magic 3 series.

The Snapdragon 888+ chip fuels the Magic 3 and Magic 3 Pro with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. Both models have a 4,600mAh battery that supports 66W fast charging and 50W wireless charging. These smartphones run Android 11 and Magic UI 5.0. Honor has confirmed that these devices will ship with Google Mobile Services (GMS). While the Magic 3 is an IP54 rated device, the Magic 3 Pro is an IP68 certified handset.

The more premium Honor Magic 3 Pro+ (aka Magic 3 Pro Ultimate Edition) has a 6.67-inch OLED curved edged screen that offers FHD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and Nano Crystal Shield that is threefold stronger than regular protective panels.

The hexagonal camera housing of the Magic 3 Pro+ features a Sony IMX700 50-megapixel main camera with OIS, a 64-megapixel monochrome lens, a 64-megapixel telephoto camera with OIS support, and a 64-megapixel ultra-wide lens. The handset features the same 13-megapixel dual selfie camera setup as the other Magic 3 series phones.

The Snapdragon 888+ powered phone features 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM, 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage, and Magic UI 5 based Android 11. Lastly, the handset features a ceramic build and it comes with an IP68 rating.

The Honor X20 5G has a 6.67-inch IPS LCD panel with a pill-shaped cutout. The screen supports a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The Dimensity 900 SoC powers the phone with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The 4,300mAh battery of the X20 5G supports 66W fast charging.

The X20 5G features a 16MP front camera. At the back, it has a 64-megapixel main camera, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. It runs Magic UI 4.2 based on Android 11, and it features a side-facing fingerprint scanner for security.

The Honor Magic 3 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variants are priced at RMB 4,599 (~Rs 72,500) and RMB 4,999 (~Rs 57,300), respectively. It comes in colours like Bright Black, Glaze White, Dawn Blue, and Gold.

The Magic 3 Pro 8GB RAM + 256GB storage and 12GB RAM + 512GB storage models cost RMB 5,999 (~Rs 68,800) and RMB 6,799 (~Rs 78,000), respectively. It comes in colours such as Bright Black, Glaze White, and Gold. The Magic 3 Pro+ comes in a 12GB RAM + 512GB storage variant and it is priced at RMB 7,999 (~Rs 91,800). It comes in Ceramic Black and Ceramic White colours.

The Honor X20 5G comes in three variants such as 6GB RAM + 128GB storage, 8GB RAM + 128GB storage, and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage. They are priced at RMB 1,899 (~Rs 21,800), RMB 2,199 (~Rs 25,200), and RMB 2,499 (~Rs 28,600), respectively. It is available in colours like Magic Night Black, Aurora Blue, and Titanium Silver. It is unclear whether Honor has any plans to release the Magic 3 series and X20 5G in India.
